The welcome party on July 3rd is garden party attire. For the wedding on July 4th, black tie is encouraged and all other formal cocktail attire is welcome.
If you intend to join us, we strongly encourage you to book accomodations as soon as possible. We anticipate significant demand for lodging in Newport over the weekend of July 4th.

Yes, we welcome the blessing of children at all wedding events.
Please let us know of any dietary restrictions when you RSVP. We will work with the venue to accomodate requests.
We will offer shuttle service from downtown Newport, to the reception at Castle Hill Inn, and back to the Viking Hotel at the end of the night. Trinity Church is a 5 minute walk from the Viking Hotel and is in the center of downtown Newport. We do not anticipate providing shuttle service to the wedding ceremony.
The closest airport to Newport is T.F. Green Airport (PVD) in Providence, 35 minutes away.
Logan International Airport (BOS) in Boston is another convenient option, about 90 minutes by car.
Rail service via Amtrak and MBTA is available to Providence, from which you can find car service to Newport.
